How does the LPG filling station work?
Simply bring your LPG cylinder to your nearest ALT ENERGY station. Our trained operators will safely refill your cylinder on-site — typically in under 10 minutes. We handle 5kg, 9kg, 19kg and 48kg cylinders. No appointment needed, just walk in during operating hours.
Which solar brands do you supply?
We are an authorized distributor for SRNE, Deye, Sumry and Polaris in Zimbabwe. These brands cover everything from hybrid inverters and solar panels to lithium battery storage and complete off-grid solar kits. All equipment comes with manufacturer warranties.
Do you offer installation for solar systems?
Yes, we provide end-to-end service: consultation, system design, supply, professional installation, and after-sales support. Our installers are certified and experienced with all four of our partner brands. Most residential installations are completed within 1-2 days.
How quickly can you deploy a station in my area?
Our container-based stations can be deployed within days once a site is secured. We're actively expanding across Harare suburbs and welcome site/land partnership enquiries. If you have a suitable location, reach out — we'll assess and fast-track deployment.
Is LPG safe for residential use?
Absolutely. LPG is one of the safest cooking fuels when handled properly. All our stations are ZERA-certified with professionally maintained equipment, trained operators, and rigorous safety protocols. We only use approved cylinders and filling equipment that meets Zimbabwean regulatory standards.
Do you offer bulk supply or business contracts?
